We are often asked ‘What are your singles events like’? So I thought we ought to answer that on our website as we are very proud of having RSVP, our events company, as part of the Dating Options Group, which gives us a huge advantage over almost all competitors, who simply don’t have the resources, the infrastructure, the national presence or the numbers to be able to run events. When at RSVP we have been running them now for 32 years.
We have towards 50,000 singles on our books but only a small percentage regularly attend events and we’d love to encourage more of you to join us, as they are a great way to check out that vital chemistry upfront and are therefore much more meaningful, as seeing someone face to face gives you a much better feel for that person, whether or not you are attracted to them and could envisage a longer term relationship with them.
So, to answer the question, on Saturday 14th September 2024 we held our prestigious Summer Ball at the lovely Kings Court Hotel, in the village of Kings Coughton, Warwickshire, which was a fabulous event and tremendous success, with Hayley Vale of RSVP and our complete Matchmaking team organising and hosting it.
It started with a ‘pre ball’ event, which was a mixology session from a renowned mixologist from 2pm, to try to get as many people as possible together and introduced prior to the ball, which was a session that everybody who took part seemed to enjoy.
The ball started with a welcome drink from 7pm, with the food being served from 7.30pm until 9pm, with our DJ then taking over and providing some great sounds until midnight, but with many guests staying over and continuing the partying into the wee hours.
